The driver rocker issue. I am lucky to have a donor parts car for this hardtop. The donor car has all the metal pieces for me to complete this one and graft over.
I had to cut the lower driver A pillar to get out all the rust behind it. I replaced the A pillar with metal from the parts car. The rocker panel was then melted with the front metal insert and lower fender mount. The reinforcement plate was welded up to it from behind as well to sturdy it up. I won't be installing the inside rocker panel yet. That will go onto the new floor pan.
